Born from a love of mountain sports, Kask was the brainchild of professional free skiers Kaj Zackrisson and Sverre Liliequist, who, having had a lot of spare time on their hands searching for the best ski, started developing beanies for their friends with crazy designs that reflected their lifestyles.

The beanies looked like nothing else on the market and quickly KASK beanies went from being a gift for friends to soon being seen on the heads of ski bums and professional skiers throughout the best ski resorts all over the world. KASK went from odd souvenir to being the smartest thing you could put on your head.

Very quickly the designs filtered through to the MTB scene and were picked up by BMX lovers in particular, valuing their unique and ever changing set of designs.
