Biking Silver is the most hygienic and healthy sock out there, even in the hottest of weather.
Comfort Fabrics
Biking Silver socks incorporate a mixture of SKIN NODOR®, a yarn with polymide fiber core and 99.9% pure silver on the outside to create SINOFIT, which prevents symptoms odour and athlete’s foot. The SKIN NODOR itself is an extremely hygienic fabric, as the silver reacts to heat to release silver ions, completely harmless to humans but fatal to harmful bacteria, keeping the skin perfectly healthy, on long hours of cycling. Last but not the least is the use of ROBUR™, an impact-absorbing fibre that reduces pressure sores and blisters.
The sock also comes equipped with small conveniences such as pull-on non-slip flaps and self-adjusting cuffs that secure the socks from rolling down.
Air Conditioning
The AirConditioning Channel® is a thinly knit mesh of fabric that runs along the side of the feet through under the arch. With every step, sweat is pushed out of the inner layer and fresh air is let in inside. The Traverse Airflow Channel system circulates air under the feet and the Airflow Ankle Pads ensure the same around the ankle joint.
Protection
The Biking Silver socks come with built in Toe Protector, Toe-Tip Protector, Achilles Tendon protector, Foot Guard, Heel Protector and the Instep protector. The X-Cross Bandage around the ankle stabilises and protects the ankle joint. The Foot Bed is also anatomically shaped to protect it from impact. The Footbed is made of SINOFIT in this sock to ensure extra protection against germs.
